Currently IMA(HK) are working on a number of models with the Mass Transit Railway Corporation (MTRC). These models are of the Union Square Development which is a mixed office and residential complex above Kowloon station. We have been involved with this project for several years, during which period the models have had to evolve to reflect the changing requirements that have emerged over time. This evolutionary trail provides the planners and developers with a strong visual 3 dimensional history of the project's development. The models themselves range from massing models of 1:2500 scale through to detailed presentation models of 1:500 scale.
