The
exhibition "Treasures of the Qin and Han Dynasties"
recently opened at the Hong Kong Museum of History. One
hundred items are on display from the Qin & Han periods,
on loan from a number of museums and heritage institutions
in Shaanxi Province, China.
We received the commission to construct a model of the
tomb of the first Emperor of China-Qinshihuang (246-210BC).
As the tomb remains unexcavated the model was constructed
using historical written documents and with reference
to contemporary designs and artifacts. |
