Denny Steam Gunboat Kit

This is a multimedia 1/72 scale kit of a Denny Steam Gunboat. Comprised of a fibreglass hull, lasercut perspex and resin cast components. These boats were developed in 1941 to specifically counter the growing threat of German fast coastal forces, and after a rocky start, where their engines were found to be vulnerable to small caliber enemy fire, additional armour was fitted and they went on to become very effective Eboat and other Geman coastal forces hunters.
